The 5th and last Transnational Project Meeting of the ID-GAMING Project was held on 20 and 21/10/2022 in INESC Taguspark campus near Lisbon (Portugal).
In this meeting, the partners from the different countries started by reviewing the very positive results achieved in the Validation sessions done with more than 120 end users.
After that, partners discussed some of improvements and updates foreseen and implemented in the ID-GAMING Training Toolkit.
Partners shared information about the Multiplier Events done in Greece, Italy, Portugal and Spain to share the project results with external entities.
The main focus of the meeting was the discussion about the Exploitation Plan that will be developed to spread the Project results to new users and new areas after the funding period has finished.
Partners also discussed the main lessons learned during the Project that included the acquisition of more knowledge about serious games, the importance of bringing together organizations from different areas and people with different backgrounds and the importance of involving end users in different stages of the innovation process.
Before the end of the meeting, partners discussed Management, Dissemination, Quality & Monitoring topics and the preparation of the Final Report.
The Project will end officially on 31/10/2022. All partners agree that the Project results will be very useful for their organizations intervention and will be further explored in the near future.
